Every time I have gone to Lindsay, I have received top notch service. Today was probably the best experience I have had since coming. Mr. Hetu gave me a thorough, non-rushed explanation of what was wron notch service. Today was probably the best experience I have had since coming. Mr. Hetu gave me a thorough, non-rushed explanation of what was wrong with my car, and what I needed to get the issues corrected. When I told him that I had an extended warranty on my Malibu, he said he would call EasyCare up for me (right then and there) and come back to me with the information. Even though it did take a while (and I am positive it was not because of Mr. Hetu, because sometimes those warranty companies have to be thorough, which I understand takes time), He came back to me with EVERY-thing taken care of. He thought of it all, right down to the rental car question I had. It was pretty amazing. He was again very thorough on guiding me through the next steps and what I needed to do on my end to keep him updated with my car. He is most likely the reason why I will continue to come back to Lindsay. On a side note, it is really disheartening to hear that you have some expensive car issues that need taken care of. Even the tone of his voice made me feel confident that he would take the issue head on and do everything he could for me. Thanks AGAIN!! More

With my credit score and history i thought it would be impossible, but they made it work and seemed to be well informed about their products and they were very clear at explaining any questions i had. I drove an hour to come to Lindsay Chevrolet and bypassed another Chevy dealer because the other dealer could not get me into the car i wanted and these were able to make it work. More
