I was hoping that you guys would sold to me that car I tested drove this morning. This was my second trip tried to buy a new car but no hope at all. Now I am shopping around on other dealers if they could help. This was the same situation when I traded in my 2019 Trax. I bought the 2021 Equinox with the $25,000 the loan balance for the Trax, with the Trax paid off I didn’t put down any down payment but the sale manager gave me options for no down payment if I could afford $649 payments. Then I said that was outstanding offer and the case was closed and I drove home with the brand new 2021 Equinox in August 2021. Look what was going on my two trips for the same situation. I was sad.
