Really bad experience. Would never go back. Do not trust Miguel Perez. I called on phone to confirm price from the internet they told me 3 times it was ok. After hour driving in price did not come close to Miguel Perez. I called on phone to confirm price from the internet they told me 3 times it was ok. Friendly salesman, staff, and finance people but highly deceptive sales practice, process from start to beginning. I drove 5 hours after contacting them about a CPO vehicle. Multiple days discussing pric deceptive sales practice, process from start to beginning. I drove 5 hours after contacting them about a CPO vehicle. Multiple days discussing price, and being preapproved through BoA, and agreed on a price through a salesperson. The First Red flag is sales staff use a personal GMAIL account for email information and documents, not a dealer email address. When questioned he said, "Thats Normal" no it's not. This takes liability away from the dealer as things can be deleted, lost or compromised! Very unprofessional. Once there, all paperwork had to be redone. All of the sales tactics, pressure, "let me check with the manager", "let me get the finance person" begins. Any movie or bad impression or belief in a deceptive, sneaky, underhanded dealer impresion you have, they are the textbook case. As we approached the end and they printed out paperwork, the agreed sales amount was wrong on the paperwork, even now I cant make the numbers match. Then the GSM did his xx, then the finance lady did her general overview, then they made us fill out a credit application when we already have the loan through via BoA. They said we had to. Then, after all the back and forth (mind you we already agreed on a price, approved loan through BOA, before our 5 hour drive) this took 3 hours and we finally sit down with the finance lady and she shows us our finance paperwork and they have financed it through themselves at a higher rate. If I wouldn't have caught it I would have had 2% higher rate. Additionally, all of the deceptive, fees, tax, agreements showed up. "Blazer Package $2,400- this is there dealer prep fees on top of everything else. At 10 at night, over 3 hours I couldn't take it and signed what I thought was right. a $19K used car with 2K down cost me $26,000 after fees and gimmicks. Then, when they handed me the keys, they lost the floor mats and the charging cable! They said they were sorry but its a Saturday night and what I am supposed to do. I am out of state. Its now 10:30 PM and we are the last ones there. Absolute deceptive sales practice, hidden fees, sales to salesmanager pressure tactics, fee and charges that are not explained, bait and switch financing, and surcharges. I wish I would have stopped and cancelled and walked out. I am disgusted with myself for not stopping but the pressure and time there, you just want your car you had your hear set on. I will try to disuade people from going to them. If they refunded the deceptive "Blazer Fee", changed the practice of personal gmail accounts, and stopped the "Let me go talk to my manager", I would change my opinion. More
Herbert Sears was a great salesman! Helped me smoothly transition into my new car without a problem at all. Definitely suggest giving Lindsay Chevrolet a visit. transition into my new car without a problem at all. Definitely suggest giving Lindsay Chevrolet a visit. More
Deceptive and outright liars. Drove 4 hours one way on a promise that they would be “extremely” close to kbb value which I stated to the “gsm” Miguel that this number was too high and I did not expect this. promise that they would be “extremely” close to kbb value which I stated to the “gsm” Miguel that this number was too high and I did not expect this. He said we would be very close to the kbb. My vehicle is less than a month old, and I asked at least 6 times if he could give me a range at least, afraid of a lowball number. He again assured me they would be extremely close to kbb value and assured me I would not waste my time driving there. Drove there on this promise and again did not expect the kbb value. Immediately turn my key over because all we need is a trade value. 50 minutes later I get a offer of 16k less than kbb value. Anthony Saunders was outstanding through the process, but the “gsm” is a joke. Don’t waste your time with their lies. They do not respect your time and do whatever it takes to get you in the door. Use a dealer that will respect your time and money. More
Excelent customer service from our sales representative. She was very polite and seemed to care about our best interest Some of the other employees did not remember her name and referred to her as the girl.
