You can find more respectful people. Terrible, Garbage! Please find another dealership! this one is garbage. Kayla Atar is great but the "head-shed" won't care about you and treat you like an idiot. When Please find another dealership! this one is garbage. Kayla Atar is great but the "head-shed" won't care about you and treat you like an idiot. When I received the email asking for me to leave feedback, this is what they said: "We strive to make every call, appointment, and visit to our dealership a remarkable experience for you, our customers" The statement is an absolute lie. The dealership thinks that everyone that walks through the doors is an idiot. I dealt with Kayla Atar, a very good and conscience driven sales lady. She did what she could to ensure a smooth transaction but no one could ensure smoothness with the monster known as Lindsey Chevrolet. My 2015 Silverado had a transmission killing event. Something to the effect of the shaft on the 4th gear broke in half and there was no warranty. The ridiculousness that I went through to purchase another vehicle was something I don't think ANYONE should have to deal with. I dealt with one of the four sales managers who kept asking what my bottom line on a payment was (stupid four corners or four square selling). I told him and he cam back to me about 15 min later and gave me a number that was about $200 higher than my bottom line. I asked why he would do that knowing what I told him and what he showed me were so far apart. I let him know if he can't get to the number, no problem I would go elsewhere. He leaves and comes back at approximately $150 away from my bottom line. What??? What did he not figure out from our last conversation 20 min ago? He then tried to tell me that he would take off the $1595.00 used car fee that supposedly pays for 2 oil changes and all weather mats. If you do the math, 2 oil changes are about $100 each and the cheap all weather mats were not worth $50. The sales mgr tried to act like he hooked me up by removing the charge. I'm pretty sure you can't force the consumer to pay that fee. After almost the entire evening spinning our wheels and playing the 4 square game, my wife and I ended up leaving the dealership without making a deal. That night I was advised by another member of Lindsey Chevy to ask for Mr. Brooks. I showed back up the next day and Mr. Brooks began to play the 4 square game again. At least this time he was a little more direct about it. I eventually made a deal, not a good one but I needed a vehicle I they new I was "trapped" because my Silverado was in their service dep. The preowned truck went into the detail shop to make it ready for delivery. It also went in to service to ensure it was a certified vehicle. I went to look at the truck while it was in detail and already a certified used truck and I noticed one of the tires was very worn. I asked Mr. Brooks about it and he said they have their own people that inspect it to get the sticker and if anything happens, it's on them. REALLY??? THAT'S EASY TO SAY WHEN YOU ARE NOT THE ONE BEHIND THE WHEEL WITH YOUR FAMILY. I appealed to Mr. Coslin, the main sales manager. He refused to correct anything and said "the truck is sold as is and will not get new tires" A certified truck is sold as is? News to me... By the way Mr. Coslin will play the stare-down game. He is pretty much a large part of the problem from where I sit. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else that won't play games and will show you respect. AWEFUL dealership. I will say that Lindsey Lexus, where I purchased my wife's car is outstanding! So it isn't the practice of the Lindsey group to be terrible, it's just the practice of Lindsey Chevrolet. P.S. I am in the process of having the vehicle looked at by another Chevy dealer. I don't trust these guys at all. More
Good time to buy a Cruze Sadly, Chevrolet decided to no longer make the Cruze -- it shut down the factory in Lordstown, where a beloved family member once worked. But we Sadly, Chevrolet decided to no longer make the Cruze -- it shut down the factory in Lordstown, where a beloved family member once worked. But we wanted a fuel-efficient car. Actually, we really wanted an electric car, but all-electric cars such as the Bolt would have to be recharged (assuming we could find a place to recharge it) on the long trips we take to see relatives. So, we decided on a Cruze. We liked the one offered by Lindsay. It's a hatchback, which is perfect for loading and unloading garden supplies in the spring. Our salesperson, Mark Ross, was thorough and patient in explaining the electronic gadgets offered -- we don't often buy cars. Our trade-in was a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. At any rate, driving a car with a screen is new to us. Also, we were able to get a good price, probably because the Cruze has been taken out of the lineup. Other dealers that I researched were also offering good deals. At any rate, so far, so good. We love the car. While small, it has good leg room inside. The seats are quite comfortable. And if we're lucky, we'll have it as long as we had the Sunfire! More

BEWARE Buyer - Customer Deception is the Game My sales experience with Mr. Thurman was remarkably deceptive. That was my very first time and will be my very last experience with Lindsay Chevy Deal My sales experience with Mr. Thurman was remarkably deceptive. That was my very first time and will be my very last experience with Lindsay Chevy Dealership. My vehicle was purchased as a certified preowned that had a strong smoke odor. The smell was masked with a deodorized fragrance. The smell was not apparent until the next day after it rained. Of course, I brought the car back. Yes, they would clean the vehicle but my experience of a prudent odor was not going to be cleaned to satisfaction. The dealership has a disclaimer “Your satisfaction and our reputation is built on trust. REALLY? The management staff was agreeable to exchange the vehicle until they learned I did not finance with the dealership. I could not trust my vehicle would be cleaned to satisfaction. It would take 3 days or more without an accommodation for a vehicle. Customers BEWARE...You may not Love it at Lindsay, It’s truly about the sales, Not the Customer Satisfaction! They clearly were deceptive in the Lindsay disclaimer, “ If you are not completely satisfied with your vehicle....bring it back”. That was completely not true in this case. Deception and unfair treatment was the game. How could I trust what was said. Certainly not trustworthy!.This dealership can not be trusted. Even the finance section did creative fee totals. .Unfair treatment was their game of fun by the managers and no regard for my customer satisfaction. The management staff poorly communicated and had no intention to correct the issue. WHEN PEOPLE SHOW THEMSELVES, TOTALLY BELIEVE IT!! I forwarded issue to regional office, No recourse. I was slapped with Deception by Lindsay. Chevrolet. Buyer Beware! More
