Emmerson was a great sales guy, however it's all gone down hill from there. Love my used vehicle, price was fair but it's been 60 days and I can no longer drive the vehicle because the temp tag has expir down hill from there. Love my used vehicle, price was fair but it's been 60 days and I can no longer drive the vehicle because the temp tag has expired and this dealer STILL has NOT gotten my tags to me. We've called more than 10 times but keep getting the run around. I'd NEVER recommend this dealer and would NEVER buy another car from Lindsay. Very difficult to be paying on a vehicle that you cannot drive because you can't get tags. The dealer kept our original registration card, but somehow lost our paperwork. Now it's been lost 3 times so far? Extremely disappointed and upset over the entire deal. Not to mention, that a "we owe" was written for the temp control knobs. And, you guessed it...never got those either. Although I was told over the phone that they were in the mail. It's been over 6 weeks, still no knobs and still no tags. More

This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted like an old friend. Bill Godly patiently answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure to get me into a vehicle I wasn't interested in nor was there pressure for me to add features to the vehicle I eventually purchased. The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally and I was out of there and on the road in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone serious about receiving great service. Do yourself a favor and ask for Bill Godly. Bill has been at this dealership for over 25 years. He knows what he is talking about and will work to find you vehicle that fits your needs and pocketbook. More

I ask a LOT of questions and he always answered them with great patience. He's very easy to get along with. I visited the body shop for a minor repair for which my door handle had to be removed. When it was put back on, it was crooked and I had to return a second time to get it straightened out. While the second fix was quick and painless, it's a bit annoying that such a simple job couldn't be done right the first time. Otherwise the experience was good. More

I Ignore the Negative Reviews at Your Own Risk I decided to visit Lindsay Ford of Wheaton despite reading the negative reviews on Sunday, June 26. It was the biggest mistake of my life. I never received such poor, unprofessional treatment. First, I received sexist remarks (e.g., I should be buying a turquoise blue car because that is a woman’s color). Then, they kept adding extra services and features to the car I wanted even after I explicitly said I did not want or need them. Not only did they damaged it, they attempted to cover-up the damage, accused me of causing the damage prior to my arrival, and, when it was revealed by a police officer the damage occurred under their responsibility and on their property, have been non-responsive to working with me in repairing the damage. I have not received a response despite multiple calls to the General Manager, Jim Davie, and the Owner, Chris Lindsay. Long story short, if you take your business to Lindsay Ford of Wheaton, do so at your own risk. More
