We were assured the car we wanted to see was on the lot, especially since were would be driving 1hr to get to the dealership. The car wasn't on the lot; it had already been sold but it took them 1 hour of run around to come clean with us. The salesman we made an appointment with never showed up in the 3hrs 45mins we were there, even though we were called first thing in the morning of our appointment to make sure we were going to keep our appointment. Lots of run around and lots of lies. Definitely will not be returning to this dealership. Not a decent, trustworthy, reliable person on the site. More

Outstanding experience and very helpful I went to look at a couple of 2017 Ford Escape's at Lindsay Ford on Saturday 9th Feb. I meant Carlos at the dealership to show me some of the Ford Esc I went to look at a couple of 2017 Ford Escape's at Lindsay Ford on Saturday 9th Feb. I meant Carlos at the dealership to show me some of the Ford Escape's I was interested in. He was very friendly and helpful and did a great job showing me the car I wanted. He was very efficient and I enjoyed working with him. He then took me over to talk to the Finance Manager Robert Young about the finance and other things for my Ford Escape. My entire experience with the dealership was outstanding and I recommend anyone who needs a car to call them and make an appointment you won't be disappointed.
