Great Customer Service... If you ask for it. When I went to Lindsay Ford, I approached with a fail amount of caution. A number of dealerships had tried to rip me off and straight up lied to get m When I went to Lindsay Ford, I approached with a fail amount of caution. A number of dealerships had tried to rip me off and straight up lied to get me in the door and into the finance room. Lindsay Ford was different though. The Sales rep was really nice. The manager was really nice and accommodating and went out of his was to reach a deal that both of us found fair. My issue was the finance person I had to deal with. He tried to sell me the car for $3000 above what I had discussed with the sales rep (base price, without financing etc.). Then laughed and told me I don't know math. I was walking out until the manager came got me to stay and set the price straight. Sales reps and Manager - Thumbs up. Finance Person - Thumbs down. Don't get bullied or tricked, and you can make a great deal at this dealership. More

Their inventory and deals are the best in the state. My sales associates never pressured me in any way nor rushed me. They kept me informed every step of the process and there was not allot of down time. The customers service was top notch all the way to the end of my purchase. After looking I was in the market for a late model certified SUV and I found Lindsay Ford to have a great selection of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. After looking at Ford, Mazda, Nissan and Toyota, we decided we liked the Ford engineering, ride, engine and value the best. Salesman Joshua Finnegan was very knowledgeable about the Ford lineup and was very helpful as we explored the Edge and Escape models. Lindsay seemed to have the biggest selection of CPO vehicles and we were able to get a good deal on a 2017 Escape. Joshua was patient and honest in answering our questions and was on top of things in finding out information for us. So, we were pleased to buy our car at Lindsay. More
