Maribel was wonderful! The sale took nearly all day, and she stayed with us the whole time. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone made an appointment with me knowing that he had a doctor's a she stayed with us the whole time. I left the lot, did my research at a nearby library and very quickly contacted Maribel and returned to test drive the vehicle. They went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy and satisfied (that's true customer service). We did not feel rushed or coerced in buying a vehicle. The vehicle that we purchased was in excellent condition (not a lemon). The price of the vehicle was the lowest in town. My husband and I walked away from 3 dealerships that day because the service and the vehicles did not meet our standards. In all our car buying years, my husband and I have been treated the best here at Lindsay Ford of Wheaton along with a record setting 2 hours to complete our purchase.
