Outstanding customer service by our Sales Representative, Mr. Anthony Yates! He went above and beyond, giving 110% to ensure we got the right vehicle we were looking for, was comfortable in understanding th Mr. Anthony Yates! He went above and beyond, giving 110% to ensure we got the right vehicle we were looking for, was comfortable in understanding the basic operating procedures and followed through during the entire process including post sale. He coordinated an after sale appointment with your Technical support team to learn more about the vehicle operation. We highly recommend him to any potential buyers. On the other hand, we were less than impressed with the Finance manager, Arnold Garcia. He made us feel less than and even made comments to infer perhaps we could not afford the vehicle. We had more than enough financing from our own bank with an approved loan before even starting to shop for a vehicle. His comment "I am not going to let you leave with this car without you paying for it" - was totally unnecessary and perhaps prejudiced. We ended up getting our banker on speaker phone during the entire finance process. I believe he was a little disappointed in this but continued to try and upsell us on things we didn't ask for nor wanted. In the end we paid for the vehicle that evening and left with it. Mr. Garcia in all of the confusion failed to provide us with copies of all the required paperwork. We ended up returning to the dealership and receiving the documents from Mr. Yates. Recommend Mr. Garcia be reminded on his responsibilities when interacting with customers. More

Dealer wasted hours of time to complete a simple all cash purchase transaction and when I told them that they made a mistake on the pricing calculations in their favor by understating sales price of car and purchase transaction and when I told them that they made a mistake on the pricing calculations in their favor by understating sales price of car and erroneously double counting SUT, I was initially told I was wrong, until General Sales Manager realized they made mistake on multiple transactions and hurried to change it. Mistake would have cost them over $50k and wasted my and my wife’s time waiting around to sign paperwork and pick up car. Very disorganized and poor customer service. Not what I expected from a Lexus dealer. More
