My experience My transmission went out on my car. My warranty covered it by not my radiator which ran me around 1100 bucks to fix. No problem. After I got my car ba My transmission went out on my car. My warranty covered it by not my radiator which ran me around 1100 bucks to fix. No problem. After I got my car back, I had another major transmission leak. This was after they rebuilt my transmission, twice. I take it back in and they try to send me home with it just telling me it's a leak but not sure where it is coming from. I refuse til they look at it. They do. I guess there was some miscommunication. That's fine. They fix the problem after a couple weeks. I get my car back for maybe 4 hours. Drive it 4 miles. Huge transmission leak, yet again. They did get my car back to me within a few days this time. However, the inside of my car was a mess. You could see where handprints were. Plus in my back seat the floor was pulled up to expose a battery. The seating tracks were pulled up too and left on scattered on the floor. I will say they were able to get me a loaner each time which I was grateful for. The female I dealt with was very nice. I can't say the men were but I don't exactly expect that dealing with a busy shop. I just wanted my car fixed. I've had my car a day and a half this time. I'm hoping I don't have any issues. Overall, I would not recommend this service department. They kind of wrote me off in the beginning which was really frustrating. Then during the many weeks leading into a month or more of having my car, no one ever updated me on the progress or findings. The first visit they did when it came to getting approval to order parts, but that was it. The 2nd one they did not contact me at all in over a months time. I hate to condemn a whole business because I am sure there are good mechanics and staff that work there. But my experience was not a good one with the few individuals I came in to contact with. More

Best service experience in the south west I took my suburban in for a service and Krisssie Allen was the one that assisted me with my service . She was very professional and ensured everything I took my suburban in for a service and Krisssie Allen was the one that assisted me with my service . She was very professional and ensured everything would be fixed in a timely manner. She explained everything on the service ticket from parts to labors so I wasn’t hit with unexplained charges like some companies do. This is the first time I have used Doug Gray for services and I will bring my vehicles here ilfor any service in the future.
