Ricky thank you for the feedback. I was disappointed to see that we did not meet your expectations. In researching your feedback I learned that although you do have a warranty, it was an aftermarket warranty that you purchased at your selling dealership in Texas.... we would not have had knowledge of or access to that since it was not purchased here or provided to us at the time of service. When we learned this from your selling dealership the matter was cleared up from my understanding. We honor OEM warranties and NAC warranties here on a regular basis and this is not a regular issue. This was a learning experience for us and we will work to improve our processes to ensure our customers are taken care of. Thank you again for your review Ricky.
