Honest, Freindly People I recently had to have some work done on my 2013 Silverado. The Trucks got 83,000 miles on it, and I have not had any issues on it at all. I bought it new at Doug Gray and have had their Service Dept schedule all Lube changes, in fact everything that has been done to it has been there. Living out of town kindly let me use a loaner if the wait for Service was long. I recently had to have some Engine Repair, parts like People when We get older, unfortunately wear out. I had made a mistake when I purchased Extended Warranty. Totally My fault, no one Else to Blame. The Service Manager & Front Office, made it possible to get the Repairs done. They were the most Honest, Helpful, Folks I have ever encountered in any Dealership, I’ve been in in 50 years, and that’s been quiet a few. I will only Buy from Doug Gray from now on. I’d like to thank Everone at the Elk City Dealership & a very Special Thanks to Doug Gray himself! Thank You All More
