We started going there because Gene Smith Chevrolet of Elk City consistently up-sold their services. I was optimistic when Doug Gray purchased Gene Smith, but it was quickly evident that the reasons we quit using Gene Smith were being implemented at the Doug Gray Chevrolet in Elk City, If you can take your vehicle elsewhere, I highly just you do. There are numerous mechanic shops in and around Elk City that charge much less for the same services, and they will not mislead you with additional repairs that are not needed. The cheap oil changes on Saturday are a ploy to get people’s vehicle in so they can up-sale additional (non-required) repairs. DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!!! More

Poor service time I took my truxk in at 8 am foe an oil change and to see about the air bag code that pops up , said it would be a short and easy fix 10$ part cost 200 I took my truxk in at 8 am foe an oil change and to see about the air bag code that pops up , said it would be a short and easy fix 10$ part cost 200 in labor the too ka whole 15 minutes to fix the I waited for my truxk and i had to bug them to get it done still dismt finish until almost 3 PM! Such slow service I will not go back More

Service was ok I can’t say they were terrible because they got my car running! It took a little longer than expected - my car was filthy when I picked it up though, I can’t say they were terrible because they got my car running! It took a little longer than expected - my car was filthy when I picked it up though, like they put their dirty work boots all over my seats and left the shop dirt on there. Service desk didn’t go into detail about everything they did to fix my car either, they just had me sign papers and gave me my keys after I paid them. If I didn’t ask questions I wouldn’t have known anything. I don’t think they put everything back in the engine properly either because it runs different now which I will have to get checked out AGAIN. More
