Jauuary 16, 2020Brought my truck in for squeel in Jauuary 16, 2020 Brought my truck in for squeel in tensioner, bad cluster panel, and oil change, power steering pmp chng., align, main rear seal they Jauuary 16, 2020 Brought my truck in for squeel in tensioner, bad cluster panel, and oil change, power steering pmp chng., align, main rear seal they said needed replace, also needed new cluster panel; replaced. $4900.00-Align is no good, squeel from tensioner continues, oil overfilled: causes main seal to blow. Cluster panel no good.Now door doesnt close! How would you feel More

Customer service blunder After the service was performed the service engine light was still staying on for 10 seconds after starting the vehicle. I told the service advisor ab After the service was performed the service engine light was still staying on for 10 seconds after starting the vehicle. I told the service advisor about it and he tried to reset it multiple times without any luck. Rather than taking the time to check it and see what the issue was, I was told to bring it back another time and they will check it out or I could use my hand scan tool to see if it will read the code! This was all said to me knowing that I am about to have to drive the vehicle over 2000 miles in a few days! That's some really good customer service you got going there! Guess you won't have to worry about me coming back! More
