Amazing service department If I could give these people ten stars, I would. They earned them. We were driving from Oregon through Twin Falls with our 5th wheel on our way to New If I could give these people ten stars, I would. They earned them. We were driving from Oregon through Twin Falls with our 5th wheel on our way to New Mexico during early summer when the AC stopped working in our truck. Bad when in a few hours we would be driving in 90+ temps. We stopped at Lithia, fully expecting to not only have our trip delayed, but get our usual bad experience as with our own local Dodge dealership service department. They had us drop our trailer and bring it in right away for diagnostics...at about 1:30. We were blown away when, a couple hours later, they called us (we waited in our trailer across the street) and said it was fixed and ready to go. They explained why it was not the costly evaporator or clutch, which is what we anticipated. Instead...it was a refrigerant recharge to the tune of just over $100. Not only were these folks courteous and honest, they got us fixed and in our way in time to make our next campsite reservations in Moab. We are so impressed that when it comes time for a new truck, we would consider working with them...even though we live in the Portland area. That kind of good service isn't forgotten. Kudos, service department folks! More
