When I called Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Twin Falls, I talked with Gregory Malberg who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. After multiple phone calls we arrived at a price and then set up a plan to purchase the vehicle which was about 1000 miles away and out of our home state Of AZ. We purchased airline tickets from Tucson, AZ to Twin Falls, ID about 2 weeks in advance because of the high cost. Mr. Malberge was of great help with locating a hotel room near the Dealership for the night of our arrival at 900 PM Twin Falls time. Mr. Malberg went out of his way to pick us up at he airport late at night and drive us to the hotel and get us settled for the evening. On Saturday morning We took a speedy delivery of our new Jeep as MR. Malberg had all the paperwork prepared in advance. It was a great pleasure to deal with Gregory Malberg and Lithia Chrysler Jeep. Purchase of a used vehicle We came in on monday to look at vehicles. We found a used ford f-150 that we really like. The salesman we encountered was friendly but unable to get us into the vehicle under the terms that we wanted. We knew that it was unlikely that he would be able to through no fault of his own. We were not really expecting to buy a vehicle that day. The following day I recieved a call from Sarah. She wanted to get us into that vehicle and worked really hard to do so. She suggested a few ideas and we went back and forth on the phone. By Wednesday, she had gotten us the payments we wanted and we had the vehicle we wanted. She was so friendly and willing to work with us. She listened to what we wanted and her attitude was contagious. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. She is new but she is very driven to help the customer walk away satisfied. The next time I decide to buy a vehicle, I will definitely go back to Sarah. She was awesome!!! More
