Bad experience and only partially took care of the problem. I had only received one key with my car, After writing the review John came and got my car and had an extra key made for me. I had to purchase a new battery for my vehicle 45 days after purchasing the car but Lithia did reimbursed me for the expense. My trade in wasn't paid off in a timely manner so I incurred late fees on the loan I had on my trade in. I had to call the dealership several times to ask when they were going to send the payment. I was told I would be reimbursed for those but did not see anything for that. The vehicle also needed an oil change along with brakes and rotors after I bought it. More
