Took my 2019 Dodge journey in because it was making a humming or buzzing noise during acceleration they told me it was the power steering pump and it needed replaced and it would take one day in the proc humming or buzzing noise during acceleration they told me it was the power steering pump and it needed replaced and it would take one day in the process of replacing it they broke something on the exhaust and they had my car for almost 3 weeks I get it back it's still making the same noise they replaced something that there was nothing wrong with took it to my own mechanic who told me that it's the start of it having tranny problems gears slipping the noise obviously is happening in between shifting when it disengages one gear and re-engages the next I take it back they've had it for almost another 3 weeks when I stop in to talk to them about it they tell me they don't think the transmission is the problem I've explained to them that it's obviously the transmission when it's disengaging and engaging gears they just keep telling me they're trying to figure it out do not trust lithia service department they will fix parts on your car that are perfectly fine and don't need replaced and ignore the actual problem More
