The longer this relationship goes on, the less enchanting it is. I ordered a 300 limited AWD. They had none in stock. Placing an order was like giving birth, lots of false starts. It arrived - and it's a wonderful car. I had made a down payment. When the paperwork was presented for signature, the down payment was not being considered. A refund check was promised - re-doing the paperwork was too much effort. After 4 weeks I had to call to actually get the money back. More
