Anthony was very accommodating and, while I had to wait a few hours while the dealership located the part and installed it, I was able to avoid delaying my return trip. Purchased a 2025 Rebel 2500 turbo Deisel from Lithia Santa FE. I drove 1,700 miles on it before the check engine light came on. It needed FIVE software updates and a control module replacement. It’s been in their service department for 2 weeks and I don’t even have an ETR. BEWARE don’t buy a new Rebel from this dealer until they and stelantis fix their issues. This dealer blames dodge but they took my trade in and cash and suckered me in to buying an extended warranty. Attempted to negotiate remotely in good faith for 2024 Wrangler. The salesman Gilbert seemed confused regarding holding vehicle until I could test drive. Never called me back. Called him and he explained that there was nothing left to negotiate. Not impressed with the customer service of the salesman and the non negotiable corporate add ons as condition of sale. You lost a cash on the spot sale for a little over $1900. Worst dealership ever! Jeep been there over 3 months to get new engine, said they waiting on extended warranty to get back to them, when it’s still under factory warranty! Lithia Santa fe has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My pickup was down there because the front collision camera wouldn’t calibrate. They had safelite put in a windshield then tried again. Then said it needed a mopar windshield. They said the tech went on vacation but no one takes over their vehicles. I had to buy a mooar windshield from them and then safelite wouldnt install it so we got sick of the run around and picked up the truck, another windshield company asked why the were replacing a perfect windshield and come to find out it already was a mopar windshield. Took the truck to a dealership in Colorado and it was diagnosed in a day lithia had it for 3 months. The service manager was zero help along with their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else you will thank me later. Customer service is not a priority and neither are you. More
