Ly Le (financing dept,) was great & professional but the rest of the closing experience was disappointing. Dashawn and George D were never able to find out about a last minute fix that needed to be done to rest of the closing experience was disappointing. Dont think its asking too much to find out what was done, but have sent over a dozen emails and 2 calls with no resolution More

Bought a Chevy Traverse in December, before the month was out the alternator had died and needed to be replaced and I found out the battery was over 6 years old. Then on a trip not more than 3 weeks later th out the alternator had died and needed to be replaced and I found out the battery was over 6 years old. Then on a trip not more than 3 weeks later the brakes started to make noise and will need to be replaced. They claim to run their cars through rigorous tests before selling, but they clearly do not. I gave them a chance to have some integrity and reimburse me for the cost of the alternator to which they replied that there was nothing they can do. DO NOT trust them with your business. More
