I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. We had sales agreement that things would be fixed on this vehicle which they've had for almost 2 weeks. It's been a tooth and nail fight to try and get them to hold up their end of the agreement. I've been told 3 different eta's on the part and now I'm being told the 11th of March. No sales manager, service manager, or general manager will even give me the common curtousey of a returned phone call. At this point I'd just assume get my money back and buy from somewhere else. We had two vehicles serviced yesterday at Lithia motors in great falls. Our experience was exceptional. We had a Ford Flex serviced that we had purchased elsewhere and they were able to work us into a busy in great falls. Our experience was exceptional. We had a Ford Flex serviced that we had purchased elsewhere and they were able to work us into a busy schedule and do the requested service without any issues. We also had or Charger Redeye that needed some corrective issues resolved. The service Writers, Techs and everyone we dealt with were personable, professional and caring people.
