Hello Mr. Flesch, I am sorry you felt like a criminal when I spoke with you about your bounced check from your previous purchase in September. I do not consider asking a person to be accountable and fulfill a prior commitment as bad customer service. Furthermore, we do not consider bounced check as a "remaining balances." My dealership attempted to contact you numerous times in regards to your bounced check in all forms of communication. I am sure your bank also notified you about your bounced check. At no point did I ever raise my voice with you. I simply stated "I am not here to argue or debate you. I simply need you to pay the money you owe." If my statements offended you I can assure you that was not my intent and I offer you my apology. However I do still expect you to pay my dealership the money you owe.
