It was a great experience and we were very pleased. Fast-forward a year and 3 months, and that vehicle was totaled. My husband gave Mike a call, let him know what happened, and Mike told us to let him know when we were going to go in. We actually looked at another dealership and weren't terribly happy with the way they played games, when it came time to talk prices. So, we went over to Mike and found an even better vehicle, and he worked hard to get us he best deal with an added warranty.
