My experience started out rough. Sold a lemon van. But after talking with the GM Brian my experience turned into a good experience. When we returned the next day, he did a great job making the experience seamless, and painless as well. Within a few days, he followed up on the sale to make sure everything was fine, (which it was) and that was very welcomed. Michael understands that todays buyer is not looking for a "New best friend" but a guide to assist with the sometimes daunting process of purchasing a new car and other sales people would do well to learn this lesson.
