So to make an appointment for an oil change is like a 2 month wait. And trying to schedule an appointment is awful if u do it on the phone. The Ai lady doesn't understand you. And then once u get an appointment made she sends u the wrong information (date and time) and then I had to try to go online and try and cancel it and make a new one. It was a headache. Once I get there through the staff is very nice. But the point of making an appointment is so you dont have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Which I end up sitting there waiting that long anyways. Which blows my mind. Jiffy lube across the street is holding up signs saying 15 minute oil changes. And yet im waiting 2 hours even though I already made an appointment prior to coming. So what is the point of even making an appointment??!!!! More
