Still loving the Renegade. I was pleasantly surprised with how I was treated at Lithia. I normally get tired of the sales man to the point I start mean mugging and end up leavin I was pleasantly surprised with how I was treated at Lithia. I normally get tired of the sales man to the point I start mean mugging and end up leaving the dealership with nothing but complaints. So coming in to Lithia I was ready for the prim and pressed salesmen to flock to my husband and I like fresh meat. We met Luis first right when we got on to the dealership property. He was very nice no pressure attitude let us know he was new. Which I appreciated. We where able to walk around the dealership and actually see what they have with out being bothered. After looking around Denis introduce himself to us and took over from there he was real and kind. Told us a little about himself. Answered all our questions and made it a very smooth buying experience. Jesus was quick but friendly. He also made it enjoyable to buy a vehicle. My husband and I both ended up buying a vehicle from Lithia that day. The one other thing that is nice it is local for us which makes it very convenient. Since it went so easy buying a vehicle through them it took me a little bit to realize I had a new vehicle. More

Brian, our financial manager, gave me the impression that we were more of an inconvenience. HE is the reason I will use Lithia Dodge ONLY AS A LAST RESORT. Issues I had with Brian: - He made us wait for nearly two hours. I had a loan from my financial institution, he stated that he could beat my interest rate by at least 2 points. I refused on principle alone. Brian makes me wait, then tries to use my need to go home to try and sell me on a loan i didn't want. I know full well that he gets commission on that financing. - once Brian realized i wasn't amused or budging, i was treated like an inconvenience. His demeanor immediately changed. He was short with me and almost rude. - Speaking of rude, Brian called me a week later. Not as a follow up, but to tell me they haven't been paid yet. He consistently interrupted me during the conversation, and treated me as if i was a liar. I have lived in Tri-Cities for just over eight years. I have bought 4 vehicles since living here, all from other dealerships. I am appalled that someone made the decision that Brian was a good representation of your dealership. If he's senior enough to be a financial manager and acts that way, how is he training the new personnel to act? More
