I recently left a bad rating for the activity on my 22 dodge Ram. That I brought in because of a transmission problem I have. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lithia. Mike was good to deal with and communicated well. My only negative comment about the Lithia service is that it is the only dealership I where my vehicle is returned to me dirtier than when it was dropped off. Other dealers wash clients vehicles to remove fingerprints on the outside work surface or at least cover the vehicle floor mats with paper to avoid dirty footprints inside the vehicle. More
