Service department The service department is a joke! Jon is unprofessional, a liar, a manipulator, and the list goes on. We had a service truck dropped off to be diagnosed for a rear end noise. After almost two full weeks on giving the go ahead to do the repair work.....it still isn't done. First excuse...we don't have a lift. Second excuse the parts got second day aired to the wrong place so now they wont be in for another week. What a joke! We will never take our vehicles to them again. We will also never buy a truck from them in the future like we had planned on doing. More

The customer service was awesome and the sales person we worked with ( Travis Solso ) was very helpful, patient, and kind. e never treated us like he didn't have the time or knowledge to answer any questions had about the vehicle we choose-- he went out the lot and brought a 2018 Jeep Latitude around for us to test drive--we were sold. He did an outstanding job as well as Jessica Perkins, they had our best interests at heart and we drove the new Jeep home-- to Walla Wala. Could have at least cleaned the truck Bought a truck that had been traded in 2 days before. Had to wait 5 days to pick it up so they could do some minor repairs. When I picked it up, truck hadn't been washed or vacuumed. They replaced the gear shifter and they left the old one and all the wires on my floor board. Also had them do some recall repairs on my dodge caravan and I asked if they could give me an estimate to fix the front seat (wouldn't adjust). They told me it would cost $120 just for them to look at it. I won't go back. More

Once I got home I did my own research and found that to not be true. I called the dealership immediately and they promised to make it right. After days of being talked down to, make to feel foolish, and many many lies, we are still stuck with the Fiat. They could have worked with us to make it right, but they didn’t care to. Even though William was the one to tell us it was safe, he at least wanted to fix the mistake. It was obvious his managers however didn’t care to let that happen. Eric the sales manager there was a joke. Empty promises, lies, and poor attitude. He’s a snake. We had 3 other family members that were going to follow us to Lithia, not anymore. My family in Oregon also will not be going to a Lithia there. This was the worst experience I have ever had. They saw a small, trusting family and took advantage. They all should be ashamed of themselves, though I know they won’t. They made a little money off us so no worries on their end. We are still considering consulting with an attorney. We have a meeting next week to see if we want to pursue anything. People and dealerships like this is why there is such a stigma surrounding car salesman. More
