I'm an adult and telling me how to improve my credit by not getting a co signer and just paying 12% interest was not advice I asked for nor wanted to hear. Getting a co signer saved me over $6000. Why would I want to pay that much money to improve my credit a few points? It was cheap salesman approach that left a bad taste in my mouth. If I wasn't already dead set on getting a jeep that would of turned me away but I just smiled and nodded even though I didn't care for a word they said. More
Excellent Customer Service My first service visit was for the 4-Way Sealant Package Installation. Jesus Rivera(salesman I purchased the vehicle from) met me at the door and esco My first service visit was for the 4-Way Sealant Package Installation. Jesus Rivera(salesman I purchased the vehicle from) met me at the door and escorted me back to the Service desk and introduced me to Don Stephens. He assisted with the initial part of my meeting with Don as I had shared some concerns about the vehicle that weren't working as they should and he shared the information with Don. This service visit was going to take at least 4 hours so they arranged for a loaner vehicle which Jesus retrieved and brought to the front door. He escorted me to the vehicle. Don made sure he had my number so he could text me if necessary and so I could text him with any concerns. The entire experience was excellent. I was very comfortable working with them and they were a pleasure to work with. As a woman who has had horrible experiences with some dealerships in the past( as some don't know how to relate to a woman except to treat them as if they know nothing about vehicles) I am pleased to give Lithia the highest rating. They know how to treat their customers and make them feel right at home. More

Car salesman 101 I bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Jeep-had it two weeks and the U-connect went black, so you can not operate controls. I took it into Lithia and the Service I bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Jeep-had it two weeks and the U-connect went black, so you can not operate controls. I took it into Lithia and the Service man John complained about how he hates dealer trades. He had it for 2 days and stated he could not fix it, all he did was reset it. Gave it back to me. 1 week later it did it again. At this point I am a bit frustrated, called my sale guy. He was willing to help and get me a new vehicle. Great thanks~ However; nothing was explained to me about having to eat 2228.00 in equity from first vehicle to 2nd vehicle Plus I had to make a payment of 640.40 on a vehicle I did not have. I was under the impression that I was turning first vehicle in under lemon law because they could not fix it. NOPE- They went through paperwork fast, I kept saying, that is more than first one WHY? never got a straight answer, just your payments are less, ya because they extended my loan terms out and did not tell me. So under handed, why couldn't a dealer ship eat that cost and not put it on the consumer. Horrible and I will never buy or recommend this place again. Kimberly More

Honest and easy to work with I actually tried working with a different dealership before working with Lithia in Kennewick. The longer I worked with the other place, the worse it I actually tried working with a different dealership before working with Lithia in Kennewick. The longer I worked with the other place, the worse it got and I ended up just walking out. Lithia was great. Fred and Tim helped me, although I worked more with Fred. The entire experience was pretty relaxed and casual, and I never felt like I was being promised anything they couldn't deliver on. There are definitely car dealerships you should stay away from, but I feel like these guys were very transparent about everything and if I'm in the market for another Dodge, I'll definitely give them my business again. More

From the instant we we're greeted in the parking lot, to the hour my husband and I needed to talk privately over lunch, to the help in finding us the best price, William was THE BEST! He was helpful, trustworthy, honest, and had interesting stories to tell while we negotiated. This was one of the easiest car purchases we have made. The dealership itself is clean with modern amenities. Even the women's restroom was nice. I'm looking forward to doing more business with Lithia in the future! More
