Hassle-free buying experience. The dealership was very modern with an excellent selection. We originally visited for a test drive and planned to wait another month or so and visit a The dealership was very modern with an excellent selection. We originally visited for a test drive and planned to wait another month or so and visit a different dealer that we had purchased from in the past. We visited on a Friday and found the exact build of a Grand Cherokee that we were looking for. Unlike most dealerships, we weren't bombarded by a salesman and were given freedom to browse the lot without pressure. We then sought out a salesman and met William Davis. He promptly retrieved the keys to the vehicle and allowed us to view the vehicle. He immediately offered for us to test drive the vehicle, and we did. William allowed us to get comfortable with the vehicle and explained many of the features, which he was extremely knowledgeable on. Upon returning to the dealer, we stated that we were not ready to buy and weres still shopping. William gave us his card and encouraged us to view other brands and models and try them all. He didn't even ask for a phone number or any contact information. This made his contact very casual and comfortable. I hate being harassed by a salesman after you leave. This was never the case at Lithia. Our plans changed and within a week we contacted William and returned to Lithia. He worked with us on the price over the phone and found us a few additional discounts on the already low price. He was also able to get one of their lenders to match the APR that we were able to get on our own. He was then able to get all of the paperwork ready and got the vehicle prepped so that we could drive down (from over an hour away) and pick it up. We told him it would be after their closing time before we could get there and he had no issues waiting for us. When we arrived (10 minutes after they closed) we were met by William who was as friendly as the first time and were introduced to the finance associate, Jessica. During the paperwork, Jessica clearly explained everything and guided us through the sea of forms. She never made us feel overwhelmed or pressured to add any additional charges. Overall, we had an excellent experience at Lithia and would certainly return if we were in the market for a new Mopar vehicle. I will definitely recommend this dealer, and especially William, to anyone looking to buy a Mopar product. More
