My issue is with their diagnostic reports. I should’ve questioned their initial diagnostic report. It wasn’t thorough and caused other repairs that did not resolve the issue. After agreeing to the repair on the report, the true issue “suddenly acted up”. I had already suspected the issue from a simple google search. I just thought since it wasn’t in the initial diagnostic, it must’ve been working properly. I can understand if it was a mistake on their part, but when confronted that it wasn’t a new issue that came up, they didn’t take responsibility. So I’m stuck with the option of taking my car back with the unresolved issue or paying even more for another repair. Moving forward I would research the issue myself, and when taking it in for any service, review the diagnostic to make sure everything is checked out and nothing is missed. More
