Although Lithia Dodge did not have the model we wanted in stock, Cameron Cameron Swift is a courteous, knowledgeable, no-nonsense sales professional. Although Lithia Dodge did not have the model we wanted in stock, Cameron found several acceptable vehicles within 2-3 hours and called us. We met with Cameron, agreed on a very fair price, and we took delivery on our vehicle within a week. Over the years I have bought over 50 vehicles, and Cameron is one of the best I have ever dealt with - again, a courteous, knowledgeable, no-nonsense sales professional. He made it a pleasure to do business with Lithia Dodge. More
These guys actually made me excited to buy a brand new car! You hear horror stories all the time about going to a dealership and people being disingenuous, pushy, etc -- not so AT ALL at this dealership. That's You hear horror stories all the time about going to a dealership and people being disingenuous, pushy, etc -- not so AT ALL at this dealership. That's why I'm taking the time to write this. People rarely shout out about their great experiences, and I want everyone to know how great this was. My car had such severe hail damage that it didn't make sense to fix it, so I traded it in on a brand new 2014 Dodge Journey, which I love. I had a Chrysler 200 that I purchased from this dealership and I loved it too, but it was time for an all wheel drive as I'd moved to Montana permanently. Gary, Chris, Cameron and Denise all worked so hard to make this deal work, as I'd JUST bought my Chrysler six months prior. There was some confusion from the insurance company with the insurance check that I was issued, that was to be used as a down payment, and Denise in finance bent over BACKWARDS to get it cleared up, all the while apologizing for any inconvenience -- actually, I felt bad as it was MY insurance company's claim department that was experiencing difficulty. Anyway, I've never bought a car with such confidence in my life. These guys really do work with you -- it's awesome. If you're nervous about buying or afraid somebody is going to railroad you -- come here! You'll have an amazing experience and you will love the car. I love my Journey. Thanks Lithia Dodge for everything you guys do, and for setting the bar so high for the rest of the auto industry. You guys rock!! More

No matter how many veh Burton was patient, kind, and understanding; overall excellent to work with. He was interesting to talk to and very friendly. No matter how many vehicles we looked at, he never seemed too busy to take the time to answer all of our questions/concerns. We would recommend him in a heartbeat. It would've been nice to receive the closing paperwork in a nice envelope or folder. We were left with a pile of paperwork on the edge of the desk. We asked for a folder since it was quite windy outside, and we were given a used manila folder. Just seemed an odd finish for a $36K purchase and following such great customer service from Burton. Burton Pierce was helpful and accommodating, we spent as much time as we wanted test driving vehicles and answering questions. We knew what we wanted which made things easier. He even offered to let us take much time as we wanted test driving vehicles and answering questions. We knew what we wanted which made things easier. He even offered to let us take the truck home to make sure it fit in our garage; I decided to go off the vehicle specs online, and it fits fine. Burton answered all our questions in an honest and transparent way. We left for a few hours and then came back and purchased the truck. There was a bit if a hiccup with the sticker price as it was posted incorrectly on the window, but Lithia honored the sale price Burton estimated based on the sticker price, so we were satisfied. Overall the sales process went well. The finance agent wanted me to explain why I didn't want to pay for the lifetime warranty since I tend to keep vehicles for many years. I don't want to have to say yes or no more than once, nor explain the decision about how I spend my money. Overall we had a good experience with Burton and Lithia. He even followed up with me after hours on a question I had as well as placing another courtesy call a few days later to see how we are liking the vehicle and to thank us once again for our business. We had a very good experience working with Burton on this deal, I would not hesitate to work with Burton on future vehicle purchases. More

I did not leave the parking lot and went right back into service department to tell them that my heater blower was full blast would not turn off and it was not that way before the recall fix. Was told it was that way when they got into the Jeep before the recall work. I have called the 800 # to file a complant but it's their word against mine he said she said. They will not correct the problem. This is the 2nd time I have had problems at the service department. The other was they wanted to rebuild my differantial for$2800.00. when i took it to a differnt mechanic they found a rear wheel sensor out and it corrected the problem for $280.00. More
I have a dodge intrepid that I took into this dealer for some work. The car had been running perfectly for a number of years but it was time to replace the timing belt. I also had them put on new accessor some work. The car had been running perfectly for a number of years but it was time to replace the timing belt. I also had them put on new accessory and serpentine belts as they had to remove them anyway. They did the work at a fairly competitive price even after gouging pretty heavily on the accessory and serpentine belt. Two days after they did the work, the belts start screeching terribly. We took it back in and after three hours the mechanics wouldn't give much of an answer about it other than to say they adjusted the belts. No write up of work done. Ok...So we drive it home and about 20 minutes later we have an errand to run. The car won't start. Dead as a door nail. We call dodge and they send a tow truck who is able to jump the car so we can limp back to dodge. After another hour, one of the mechanics tells us the battery is bad. We had put in a new battery 3 months prior and never had an issue. We ask him for other details and all he will say is that it "tests weird". Nothing else. So we leave and the next day we take the car to the mechanic who replaced the battery before. The battery is under warrantee. The mechanic reports that the battery cable connections were loose and the contacts were stretched and this may have caused one of the cells to be damaged. Battery is now replaced...but who knows if the other work dodge did on the car is shoddy too? So after three visits to the dodge dealer, my fine running dodge no longer runs perfectly. Dodge was unable to do standard maintenance successfully. I called them after the whole fiasco just to let them know about the whole experience. They haven't gotten back to me. I would recommend anyone considering a visit to this dealer's mechanic shop reconsider. More
My experience here was great! The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and our salesman went above and beyond. He was not comfortable with the battery in the car and made arrangements to have a new one installed at no expense to us. He was aware that my husband had to leave for North Dakota that day and the weather was terrible, Burton took it upon himself to check the road conditions for my husband. That was very thoughtful. This dealership knows customer service!! I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for a great experience! More
This review is changing my initial review of this dealership. I have owned my newly purchased vehicle for less than two weeks now and have been experiencing nothing but trouble. Taking it to anothe dealership. I have owned my newly purchased vehicle for less than two weeks now and have been experiencing nothing but trouble. Taking it to another dealership for service, there has been almost two grand worth of work found wrong with this vehicle. I now realize why the finance person at Lythia was so pushy with an overpriced extended warranty. I am still glad I did not purchase that warranty because I would not be comfortable with Lythia working on this vehicle as they clearly missed a lot of stuff with their purchase inspection. In addition, I am still money ahead, at least at this point in time. I don't think it is a good policy for a Dodge dealership to be working on another brand of vehicle either. I thought I got a great deal, but now I see the joke is on me. I traded in two vehicles in good working order for someone else problem vehicle. Overall a very disappointed customer that would take his trade in back in a heartbeat. On the positive side, I was very pleased with Justice who was the sales person that I dealt with. He was not pushy and put up with a lot of negotiation from me on the vehicle. I don't believe that a sales person can be held responsible for the working order of a vehicle, especially a dealership of this size. They simply cannot know every vehicle on their lot. They have to trust their service department. In addition, he has followed up with me about the initial issues that I experienced with it via phone and did assist me with the initial issues at no cost. However there is no help coming for all the new found issues. That was a very nice gesture, but I would caution anyone against having work done with the service department at this dealership due to how much they missed or tried to cover up with the initial trade in inspection on this vehicle. Overall, will not be a repeat customer. More
