I talked with Gary on the phone when I was shopping vehicles on the internet. Gary informed me when I was ready to purchase a vehicle to call him and he will set me up with an informed salesperson who vehicles on the internet. Last week, I wanted to see if it was even possible for financing so I called Gary. Gary stated he needed to check with lenders but informed me he would call back before the day ended either way since it was on a Saturday. Gary called back within two hours and found lenders who would work with me. At the dealership a gentleman by the name of Clinton opened the door for me and welcomed me. I told him I had an appointment with Gary. Clinton got Gary and Gary greeted me and my family and introduced me to Clinton again. Gary explained he looked at my finances and matched a few vehicles in my price range. Clinton asked me questions on what I was looking for in a vehicle and went and picked out a Jeep Patriot for me to drive. Clinton was absolutely AMAZING he was told me about all of the features the Jeep Patriot as I drove it. Clinton demonstrated voice features on the vehicle and asked me to aim for potholes, drive up over curbs, and it was a smooth ride. (I normally do not drive this way) I drove to a location full of potholes, hills, and tight turns and experienced a smooth ride and pure FUN. This was not an all-day event, Gary was able to pave the way for me to be in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time, no pressure to buy, just knowledge of a very fine product which I now own. Went to look, drove off in new Ram 1500. Salesman was friendly, informative and accommodating, never felt pressured to buy. Out the door price was slightly less than the max I was willing to spend.
