Exceptional Service Department and Friendly People I was on vacation in Montana in August and had electronic problems with my brake system. I needed to have the ABS module replaced on my 2014 Ram 1500 I was on vacation in Montana in August and had electronic problems with my brake system. I needed to have the ABS module replaced on my 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn. I was treated very well by Service Manager, Daryl, who assigned an extremely capable, very experienced mechanic, Doug, one of the best in the shop, to my project. I was very impressed with everyone who I dealt with at the dealership and was treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness by everyone I met....My dog, Ted, a very large Black Lab, was quickly welcomed to stay with me in the very comfortable customer waiting area and he, too, was treated very well by upwards of about ten office employees, during my stay of several hours. (The dealership is loaded with dog lovers!)...I couldn't have been treated better, or more fairly, and I left a very satisfied customer, extremely impressed with this topflight dealership! More

Differential Repair I was on my way through Montana when I heard a strange noise coming from the front of my truck. I figured I should have it checked out before going f I was on my way through Montana when I heard a strange noise coming from the front of my truck. I figured I should have it checked out before going further east and just happen to be in the Billings area. I stopped by the Lithia dealership and Chris Wheeler was able to get one of the mechanics to take the truck for a spin. He discovered that the bearings in the front differential were going bad. Chris managed to get the truck into the service center early the next morning and I was on my way by 2:30 pm. Great job! Thanks to Chris and the mechanic. I think the mechanics name was Todd. More

I am always treated with kindness and truly trust what Dean tells me needs to be done. Dean calls me and explains what the problems are with my car and always tells me the cost. First, they're actually open on Saturday which is what started it, but we've continued to return largely because of our service advisor. He treats us very well and does what he says he's going to do WHEN he says he's going to do it and there's never been any financial "surprises". I've even used this place to perform engine swaps.
