I had a great buying experience with the team at Lithia Dodge of Twin Falls. Can’t say enough about Issy Diaz and his knowledge in vehicles. Of course, he couldn’t make it happen without Jeff, the sales ma Dodge of Twin Falls. Can’t say enough about Issy Diaz and his knowledge in vehicles. I bought a 2015 Chevy Traverse in June, and while it was quick and easy, when I got on the highway headed home it immediately started having problems so I took it back and they'd take care of it. But when they delivered it it still had the problem. I had an extended warranty, that saved me. But it didn't cover all of the repairs needed. I called the dealership and because of my troubles they paid for everything my extended warranty wouldn't. I won't give 5 stars because my car wasn't nearly up to par, but they did end up making sure I was taken care of. More

So I got a cash offer from Kelly Blue Book for over 8k for my car. This was the dealership the site suggested. I got in touch with them and they asked for pictures. I get that you have a business to run. You made the offer. I made my review of the dealership on Google and got back a polite request to reach out to the GM Jose. I call and leave a voicemail. No response. I update the review and get another response saying hey please reach back out. I call two more times and speak with Marcus and (I believe) Blake. Three calls to talk to you about this and while you're responding publicly the customer service seems to have failed. More
