I had to ask if I would be contacted when the new part was ready to be installed. He confirmed that I would get a call and it would be a quick install. Two weeks later, I called and spoke with someone in the parts dept. They had no part reserved for me or even on order. They said they would speak with the service advisor that wrote my invoice and call me back. It's been a week and there has been no response from the dealer... More
