Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise

This is my second Truck that I purchased from Lithia. I have to say I’m deeply disappointed about being dismissed when I placed a review on their website about the lack of attention their service techs h I have to say I’m deeply disappointed about being dismissed when I placed a review on their website about the lack of attention their service techs have when servicing my vehicle. When I emailed and texted the service writer I was expecting a response about the disappointment with their service but it fell on deaf ears. I wont go into detail but What I will say is I most likely will not be purchasing another Truck from them and I will be looking to get a refund on the remaining lifetime oil change service that I purchased. Service department is absolutely terrible. The first few times they are all nice and perform the service requested and then they charge you for a service and never fully complete the service. They only half do the job so you will have to come back again. I do not recommend using them if you want to keep your vehicle going down the road. Conveniently several things stop working after their service that worked perfectly fine before it was worked on. They don't just work fine the day it's taken in and then the day you get back they no longer work. Their response with milage vehicles breakdown. If you want your vehicle to run do not use Lithia of Boise to complete your service. They can't even do annual maintenance correctly. Don't bother calling the service manager he was completely worthless and power hungry. More

I had thought that the tire pressure unit that I’d replaced 3 weeks earlier was on the fritz again, Mark told me that no, it was a different one and replaced it accordingly.
