20K service. Vast improvement over 15K. I do have concerns about service tech not replacing air filter at 15K. They showed me the air filter at 20 K and I felt it Vast improvement over 15K. I told tech that was lame , that that much dirt could accumulate in 5K. I asked him to advise the service tech. I have a basic service plan where oil and filters are prepaid. Ford's service rec is new air filters at 15K. But the service dept gets audited. So they get praised/rewarded by not replacing the filters. I believe that if I were paying for filters that they would have recomended replacement at 15K. My van was running noticably rough and the mpg's were down. I made a big stink about this when dropping off the van for service that day. I'm glad they did the right thing. The service advisor/writer was really nice and knowlegable. The worry is that Lithia Ford management is more worried about the audit than doing the best service. More
