Dealer installed new motor. Motor runs great!! However they were sloppy putting it back together and didn’t clearance the lower radiator hose and the intercooler. This caused th Motor runs great!! However they were sloppy putting it back together and didn’t clearance the lower radiator hose and the intercooler. This caused the lower radiator to hose to rub and created a coolant leak. Dealer says the after market intercooler is too big and doesn’t fit. The intercooler has been in the truck for a year and no rubbing. The radiator was replaced by a professional shop 6 months ago with no rubbing or damage. Dealer says they are not responsible and I am required to pay them to fix. I would have never expected this from a dealer I paid over 17k for work. More

I took my F150 in for alignment a couple days ago and it seemed to drift and pulled to the right so I took it back in and they readjusted the alignment and it has worked out very well. The steering wheel is seemed to drift and pulled to the right so I took it back in and they readjusted the alignment and it has worked out very well. The steering wheel is a little off-center still but I’m hopeful that it will correct itself over time or maybe my next alignment will work out better. Curtis was friendly and attentive to my concerns. I have been very pleased with the service at Lithia Ford in Boise, Idaho. More
