Glenn is not your typical salesman and that is being said in a good way. He is sincere (not kidding) attentive and just a breath of fresh air. I’ve dealt with so many salespeople over my 60+ years whether buying a car for myself or assisting my kids and it’s never ever been memorable in a positive manner. This was completely different thank god. As we arrived Glenn greeted us as we made our way towards the new vehicles. He asked what we might be interested in and we replied we wanted to see the new Explorers. He laughed as he explained he’s been on fire personally selling several Explorers in just the last few days. I believe he showed us three different trims but my wife fell in love with the Silver Active model. Had a great test drive and though the price as usual was a bit more than we wanted, a short while later with minimal haggling we were driving away in Charlie (Rich the silver Fox). Layne was very thorough going through the financial aspect and we did purchase the extended warranty as well as the oil change package. Layne was patient and engaging as I threw out several situations as how the insurance would work among several different scenarios. Our older F150 had some electrical issues and I found out how frustrating that process could be. With all the electrical components and computer functions I had to know we would be covered. He covered every detail never hemming or hawing over any of his replies. Our purchase was a pleasant and memorable experience and my wife and I thank the team at Lithia for making it their priority to do so. Please give them a look you won’t be disappointed. More
