So we take our vehicle down after scheduling a time for it to be worked on. The following day I call for status of the vehicle. The service manager was rather curt saying my vehicle was going to need 2 day it to be worked on. The following day I call for status of the vehicle. The service manager was rather curt saying my vehicle was going to need 2 days for a software update. I did ask for some additional diagnosis but those would all come from doing a ridiculously fast look with the same tools they would use to do the factory update. When I dropped off the vehicle at 8am they told me it was foing to be 125 to check codes (which I should have done for free at O'Reilly) . I just thought perhaps the Ford software would say something more. And I needed them to get the computer to talk to the newly installed trailer brake control. So after 3 days. 3 xxxx days and they call me in the afternoon saying the codes were all the same we got with a cheap scan tool. And that they couldn't get the computer to talk to the brake control. Then to top it all off they said they couldn't do the factory recall update. I come to pick up the truck cause it's a Friday afternoon and I live 100miles away. I walk in and listen to ALL the failures and that I need to pay 125 dollars. FOR NOTHING. More
Set up my appointment efficiently and arraigned for a ride home while my truck was worked on! I walked around dealership and saw one of the New F150 electric trucks! I don’t like them! Aaron was kind and patient and I appreciate that he explained the warranties fully. I went ahead and tacked on the 2 year Ally warranty to my deal. More

When I went to check in for Quick service, there were three employees in the office. None of them acknowledged I was standing there, even though I was the only customer there.
