Dishonest and terrible customer service I purchased a new F-150 on February 2nd and unfortunately is was a very negative experience. I was lied to multiple times by their salesman Cristoble I purchased a new F-150 on February 2nd and unfortunately is was a very negative experience. I was lied to multiple times by their salesman Cristoble about certain accessories that came with the vehicle, then was told they wouldn't support what their salesman said stating that he was foreign and "things sometimes get lost in translation" with him. After having a verbal altercation in front of the dealership a walked away saying I would post about my experience to warn other buyers of what could happen by doing business there, only to immediately be called by their sales manager Ryan asking me to please not do that and he would do his best to fix everything. We both calmed down and I agreed to let them try and make things right. They offered to have satellite radio installed in the vehicle, but would need some time to get the parts ordered and they would contact me. Well it's now May 13th and I have made multiple calls to both Ryan and the service guy Tyler and my phone calls are never returned. I didn't want to write this hoping that they would do what they said but hopefully people will read this and decide to do their business elsewhere or at the very least a with salesman they think they could trust. There is obviously more to this story (always two side right?), but this was mine. More
