Upfront, friendly, and low pressure. I was very impressed with the sales and finance team at Lithia. I have had several poor experiences in the past with dealerships in Grand Forks, but t I was very impressed with the sales and finance team at Lithia. I have had several poor experiences in the past with dealerships in Grand Forks, but this was great. From initial conversations with Steve Hagen, to our work with salesman Carson Robinson, I have been nothing but impressed. I was not pressured in any way or did I ever feel like they were trying to pull one over on us. They stand behind their product and go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Our communications wiith the sales manager Brice and our finance experience with Jim LaMoine were also smooth and comfortable. I would recommend Lithia to anyone looking to buy or sell a car! More

Bad work I brought my 2010 Ford pickup in to lithia 3 times for a pinion seal leak and they failed to repair it correctly also I found oil in antifreeze reserv I brought my 2010 Ford pickup in to lithia 3 times for a pinion seal leak and they failed to repair it correctly also I found oil in antifreeze reservoir and they said it was dirt. I heard noises coming from the engine and I know it's one of the pulleys there telling me it's my air conditioning coming on and it's winter!!! There trying to pass the buck because it's warranty work. Very disappointed!!! More
