Great team at Lithia Ford of Roseburg! I showed up to Lithia Ford in Roseburg on a Thursday night right at closing. I was interested in a F-150 pickup, not realizing they where about to clo I showed up to Lithia Ford in Roseburg on a Thursday night right at closing. I was interested in a F-150 pickup, not realizing they where about to close for the night. Scott Maze grabbed the keys, and asked me if I would want to go for a test drive, I was not about to say no. Scott was very knowledgeable as well as thorough on explaining about the pickup I was looking at. I had a very busy work day on Friday and was not able to make it in to Lithia until Friday night. During this time, what impressed me, was not being bothered and or harassed about buying a vehicle. When I arrived Friday night, the team at Lithia was very pleasant and helpful, as I walked in at closing again. I was there long enough to exchange some information. Upon Saturday morning, the Lithia team was once again very helpful in working with me on my new purchase of a F-150, and was able to meet my needs and expectations.
