I had 3 recalls to be taken care of, I tried for 3 months to get ahold of the service department and never got live person or left message after message for someone to return my call. Finally I ask for a man to get ahold of the service department and never got live person or left message after message for someone to return my call. Finally I ask for a manager and someone told me I could bring it by, I didn’t ever get a call back. Horrible communication skills from services. Might want to hire someone to answer their service sept telephone calls. More
