Horrible I had an appointment and was told it was going to be an hour and a half. I waited 2 hours and my car had not been touched/moved at all. I decided to leave, since I live an hour away and had limited time. Isn’t the point of appointments so you don’t have to be waiting hours?? Ridiculous More
