Avoid going here! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LITHIA NISSAN OF FRESNO!!!! This is dealership is awful!!!!! awful!!!! We came here april 7, 2019 to get a cargo van. We DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LITHIA NISSAN OF FRESNO!!!! This is dealership is awful!!!!! awful!!!! We came here april 7, 2019 to get a cargo van. We were told by Victor, the manager, that we could not get a loan by my bank EECU because my bank wouldn't allow us to purchase a used commercial vehicle. So Victor tells us he can guarantee he will get us a loan through Lithia's financial loans because Lithia has their personal loans they offer if my banks fail. Long story short, we spent half our day there filling out the paper work, they gave us the keys to our commercial van, and we drove off the lot. Today 4/22, they tell us they've been trying to contact us via phone but didn't leave a voice mail or bothered emailing me, they said they sent a letter out saying we didn't get approved but I never received a letter, and now they showed up to my house demanding a check for the van. First off, I don't like the fact that they were treating us like we stole the van. We were told and completely under the impression that we got a loan through Lithia. No body mentioned a 10 day "grace period" nor did they mention we could possibly not get approved, that we would have to return the van. Victor and Felipe made false guarantees and tricked me into signing the papers under the impression that i got approved 100% for a loan for the cargo van we had purchased. Now they're taking my van i originally got for my business. Thanks alot guys for being cruel in making me spend money on commercial insurance and other business expenses!!!!! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! I can't even imagine how many people they've done this to. More
