Overall purchase, which had to be ordered, went smoothly and Charlie was very good at keeping us in the loop during the waiting time for the car to be delivered and we enjoyed working with him. We were first "in line" to have the paperwork completed, but the overall process took more than 4 hours from arrival, with 2 hours trying to complete paperwork, although this was a cash deal - not financed.
