What touched us most was that Jon brought a rolling office chair for my husband from another cubicle so that my husband could be comfortable. The customer service rep who I dealt with inside the building was very friendly and nice. He quoted me on the time, didn’t try and upsell me on anything that wasn’t a legit concern, and even told me tha building was very friendly and nice.
